I've been running, or attempting to run for a couple of months. Don't even ask how many times I've hurt myself doing this. I must look really interesting with two knee braces and one of my ankles wrapped. I'm probably limping down the road, but I go any way. As of yesterday I didn't need to wrap my ankle and I'm hoping that once my legs are stronger I won't need the knee braces.
The whole time I've been running I've had this pain on the inside of my right calf muscle. Jason said it was shin splints. I didn't think so, my shin didn't hurt. It couldn't be shin splints. Ummmmmm . . . . . . . okay, Jason you were right. Posteromedial shin splints. Ouch. No wonder it's not getting any better. Oops.
Yes, I'm an honor student. I'm just not always the brightest bulb in the chandelier. *sigh*
